There is no doubt Marlborough and Kaikoura are some of New Zealand's most exciting regions. Not only does Marlborough enjoy the country's best wines and seafoods, it also enjoys some of the most picturesque scenery and coastline.

Kulnine is a large elegantly furnished homestead originally built in 1868 that has been sympathetically renovated to provide the highest standards and comforts you would expect from any luxury accommodation. Set in eight acres of established park like grounds and gardens, the homestead is nestled in the Kekerengu Valley and cradled beneath the inner Kaikoura Mountains to the shores of the Pacific Ocean creating a unique and tranquil setting.

Kulnine is perfect for a weekend of fresh sea & country air, local ski-ing ( June-October), whale watching and or fishing- at anytime of the year.
To finish your day guests will be indulged with local seafoods, garden fresh greens, boutique wines plus the many complimentry delighters.
Picnic baskets are available on request, for beach and river walks.
